Jim has more than 20 years of experience as a senior level executive and 14 years as an executive search professional. Prior to joining Executives Unlimited, he served as Vice President-Southwest Region for a senior executive search firm in Dallas, where he tripled the firm's executive placements. In addition, he is a past President and current Board Member of the Dallas/Fort Worth chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).

Since graduating from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Business Administration, Jim has become an authority in the Manufacturing, Distribution, Consumer Products and Finance industries, along with Portfolio Companies. His proven expertise allows him to successfully advise our clients on mid level and senior level managers, as well as executive search requirements.

Basak Ozduzen Yakar

An integral part of the company since our inception in 2001, Basak oversees the day-to-day operations for Executives Unlimited. In this capacity she manages the legal administration, business development and client search assignments. That’s in addition to coordinating all of our marketing strategies, which include newsletters, presentations and web-based functions.

With a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.B.A. specializing in Finance from California State University, Long Beach, Basak keeps our organization operating at its prime. She ensures that our clients are receiving the attention and service they deserve.

Allison H. Quinlan

With 16 years of progressive brand marketing and sales management experience in the beverage industry, Allison has developed a keen marketing sense and business acumen for Food Service/Hospitality/On Premise, Education and Retail Channels while operating within Manufacturing, Distribution, and Consumer Products environments.

A graduate of Georgetown University with a double major in Marketing and International Management, Allison has successfully managed and directed both field and national account sales teams for Fortune 100 companies.

In 2006, Allison joined Executives Unlimited after serving as Senior Brand Marketing Manager for the Coca-Cola Company. Her superior leadership and practical business application provides clients with the expertise they need to achieve results.

Elisa Sabes

Since joining Executives Unlimited in January 2011, Elisa has quickly learned the daily operations of the company and has proven to become a valued member of the EUI team. Elisa graduated from California State University, Long Beach in Spring 2009 earning her Bachelors of Science in Business Finance with honors. She began her professional career by obtaining her real estate salespersons license and working for a Commercial Real Estate firm. After three consecutive years with the same company, Elisa looked to grow further professionally which has led to her employment with Executives Unlimited, Inc. Elisa has worked in several industries including; legal, property management, and brokerage which has led to her passion for working in a client facing environment.

Matthew Yonaki

Since joining Executives Unlimited in January 2010, Matthew has been involved in almost every area of the company. Often serving as the first point of contact, Matthew always maintains the highest standards in professionalism. Supporting both candidates and clients from a wide range of industries, Matthew plays an integral role in EUI’s operational effectiveness.

Matthew graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a B.A. in Economics. After earning his bachelor’s degree in the spring of 2009, Matthew joined Executives Unlimited excited to begin his professional career. As a full-time student, Matthew proudly worked his way through school, obtaining valuable work experience in several different industries including retail, fitness, and warehouse/shipping/receiving. The majority of his experience is focused on customer service which has prepared him for the demands and challenges of the recruiting industry. Through his studies at UCI as well as his previous work experience, Matthew has become a confident problem solver and valued team member at Executives Unlimited.

Kari Davis

Director of Business Strategy and Development
Kari has over 23 years of experience in new business development, 15 have supported the technical recruitment industry. Prior to joining Executives Unlimited, Kari led the sales efforts at Alternative Resources Corporation (ARC) where her technical selling and client management skills led her to become one of the top 5 salespeople from 1994 to 1999. Her business acumen and ability to understand and develop complex technical solutions helped define her client’s success, as well as her own.

Kari has sourced candidates in a variety of industries and takes a personal approach to understanding their qualifications. Knowing the details and make-up of each client organization is paramount to the development of the appropriate candidate search. Researching client requirements, screening candidates to assignment specifications and matching the appropriate skill sets are important aspects that Kari brings to ensuring a successful match for both the client and the candidate.
